mas fungus por favor
a real Chantrelle, slightly past its prime found in an oak-madrone forest.
yet another species of the medicinal reishi: Ganoderma orengonense. This one found with just a bit of luck and fungal notion, hiding on the root of a Douglas Fir right next to a tan oak covered with delicious oyster mushrooms. we made an oyster, shiitake and porcini soup.
